The wall bracket was deliverd as promised by Skakawac.com. When I went to mount the brackets to my AKAI LCD TV all the universal attachment screws supplied were not long enough. I sent Skakawac an email of my problem and requested that they send the proper M6x45mm screws. Within hours one of their service reps Joe replied back and said the problem would be corrected, a couple of days later and numerous email updates as to the status of the corrective action the screws arrived. Mounting the brackets and the TV to the wall took less than 30 minutes. It has a very low profile design.
