This guy is massive; really heavy-duty. It weighs nearly as much as the 60" screen we mounted with it. Just Installing it to the wall is definitely a 2-person job, attaching the screen makes the whole project a 3-person deal.So far, the only negative, and it is significant in a way but didn't end up being a show-stopper, was that out of the box the top wall mount rail was bent so that it is far from parallel to the bottom rail. We had a lot of scheduling issues trying to get this installed, and it looked like this damage/mis-manufacture would not interfere with function, so we took a chance and installed it anyway. It looks a bit peculiar from behind the screen, but is invisible from the front when actually viewing. It feels to me that it is stiffer than I'd like to pull the screen forward or push it back, which may well be due to the bent piece, but it is acceptable.
I suspect that we wouldn't have had any difficulties had we decided to return/exchange the item.
