Great solution to convert computer VGA (projector) port to Component video w/scaling. Allowed me to convert from 1366x768 VGA to 1080i60 full-screen component video format. It will also format as many other types - 720P etc. Used that component output to feed the input of a Hauppauge 1212 to capture the resulting video stream as a HD MP4 file using another computer. The Atlona unit menus are accessed with push buttons on the box and are displayed on the output device. It even remembers the last selection over power interruptions! Resolution is fantastic.
