I like this product but I really can't use it because it will not work unless I lower the display resolution on my computer to a resolution lower than what is recommended for the display on my computer. The display on my computer works optimal at 1920x1080 but this device will not work until I lower the display resolution on my computer to 1024x768, which causes the display on my computer to not be very clear since it is no longer operating at its optimal resolution, My video card supports both VGA and DVI-D and this device will only work using the VGA port.

This device may work properly if it is used as a second monitor, however, but my present setup will not allow me to do that.
