New Samsung/Mitsubishi/Toshiba 4719-001997 DLP Chip Review

The chip did fix my problem, but no installation instructions. Youtube is great for that. But... if the picture doesn't line up with the screen after you install the new chip what do you do? If adjusting the Horizontal and Vertical option doesn't do it. I found by research that there are 3 white caps on the board. Remove the caps carefully and there are 3 screws behind them. Do not remove. Loosen until the board moves freely but snug. Have a friend watch the the screen while you slightly move the board. Up makes it go down, left makes it go right. You get the idea. Once its adjusted tighten left 2 screws first then the right. Do not over tighten. That should do the trick. Overall it took about 30min to install and adjust. Worth the money.
